Talent Acquisition Partner

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition for act at a big company. Is necessary experience at a IT company and fluency in English.

·       Define all roles fully with line manager and prepare job spec and adverts

·       Carry out all first round face to face interviews, including cultural fit assessment

·       Carry out any formal assessment or tests

·       Search LinkedIn and other online sources for candidates

·       Work with business to define hiring plans on an annual and quarterly basis

·       Provide regular and ad hoc localized recruitment MI

·       Maintain strong network in local agency market

·       Populate and maintain contact with Talent Pools

·       Run in house and external hiring events and attend trade fairs

·       Work on other HR projects such as Benchmarking, Internal Talent, Diversity, Onboarding


·       5+ Years of experience working in recruitment either in-house, RPO or agency/search side

·       Experience in the Technology sector

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 

·       Written and spoken fluency in Portuguese and English

·       Strong experience of using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software (e.g. LinkedIn and other advertising, search and social tools)

·       Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, Project Management

·       Excellent problem solving abilities and attention to detail, Independence

·       Recruiting, Interviewing Skills, Organizational Astuteness, Confidentiality

·       Handles Pressure, Judgment, Phone skills, Employment Law
