To integrate into the South American team within the expanding Projects Division of the company, a rapid-growth business unit with global scope and high-added value. The candidate will:

o    Play a key role in establishing the viability of multi-million USD PV projects for a solar market leader

o    Work autonomously and have a complete combination of business and technical skills

o    Have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the company's growth, profitability and market presence



Requisitos

Utility-scale PV Projects:

·       Focus on growing the CSI business in utility power markets through the origination of new customers and projects, co-development or project acquisition (from Greenfield to Ready to Build Status)

·       Creating documents for internal and external project assessments.

·       Selection and negotiation of agreements with local suppliers and consultants.

·       Provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.

·       Interface with Engineering Team to reach conceptual design, preliminary engineering, initial energy modelling as well as determine the feasibility of electrical interconnection.

·       Interface with Finance Team on inputs into project financial model and in project financing process.

·       Managing all the preparation of offers for public or private tenders. Managing all project development areas: land rights; Permits, Licenses and Authorizations (PLAs), connection rights…

·       Interacting with all involved local players (developers, authorities, EPCs, utilities, advisors, lenders, investors…).

·       Monitoring project development status, leading local project relationships and driving project progress.


Essential Skills:

·       Understanding of local energy regulation in the Region.

·       Experience with connection projects in Transmission companies

·       Experience on negotiating Power Purchase Agreements.

·       Understanding of Solar PV technologies and project value chain. Specialization in project management.

·       Willingness to regularly travel internationally within the Region.

·       Knowledge of electrical equipment, automation, protection relays, SCADA and telecommunication.

 

General:

·       Interacts with a global team in a high-growth business division.

·       Represents the company’s brand to world leading commercial partners.

·       Documents commercial, legal and financial processes and ensures high data accuracy.

·       Ensures compliance to internal procedures and policies and external regulation and standards.
